How to get internet back
- Enter the phone number you used when you joined Speedlink.
- Tap Sign in. We will show your account if it is expired.
- Pick one option:
- 24-hour token — pay for 24 hours only (good if you need internet today).
- Activate plan — pay your full monthly package.
- Enter your M-Pesa number, approve the payment on your phone, and wait for internet to come back.
If your phone is on more than one account, we will ask you to choose the correct account.
You can also sign in with your PPPoE username (for example speedlink128).
