By subscribing to Speedlink Fiber services you agree to these terms.

1. Service

We provide internet access based on the package you select. Speeds are approximate maximums and may vary with network load, Wi‑Fi quality, and your devices.

2. Payments

Service fees are payable in advance. Non-payment may lead to suspension until balances are cleared. Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa and other channels shown in your customer portal.

3. Equipment

ONT / CPE provided by Speedlink remains company property unless purchased. Customers must take reasonable care of borrowed equipment.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, network abuse, or actions that disrupt other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Installation & relocation

Installation timelines depend on coverage and site readiness. Relocations are subject to survey and may incur fees.

6. Support

Faults can be reported via phone, WhatsApp, or the customer portal. Critical outages are prioritised by our NOC.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the portal, SMS, or email on file.
